Rise Frisco exists to be a safe place to take a next step with God. Pastor Grant and Kayli Diamond moved to Frisco with their son Rory in November 2016. They had a bold dream on their hearts to start a new, life-giving church in one of the fastest growing cities in America. After more than a year of putting down roots in the city and building a Launch Team, on January 21st 2018 Rise Frisco had first Sunday service. Over 265 people came out that very first day, and that dream of a safe place where people could take a next step with God became a reality. Before moving to Frisco Pastor Grant and Kayli were serving God through ministry in the Chicago area. Grant and Kayli met at Wheaton College and were married shortly after graduation. Grant served in a variety of ministry roles as both a Youth Pastor and Senior Pastor before founding Rise Frisco. Kayli had a successful career as a Project Manager in corporate America, first at Sears and then at Aldi before Rory came along. Now she stays home with Rory and is the Varsity Tennis Coach at Legacy Christian Academy.
Pastor Grant has an undergraduate degree in Theological Studies, as well as a Masters Degree in Biblical Studies and another in Christian Ministry. He believes it’s a sin to bore people with the Bible, and has a passion is to bring the ancient truths of Scripture out to speak into our lives today. He had a powerful encounter with God in college that changed everything for him, and considers it his greatest privilege and honor to help others have that same encounter.

For God so loved the world He gave rules. Actually, that's not how it goes. Really what the Scripture says is that God so loved the world He gave His Son. It also says that when the world was created, before God set up any rules at all, He first established a relationship with us. Rules without relationship are tyranny, but rules within relationship are mercy. That's why we put coming into a right relationship with God first, then deal with the rules later.
The Scripture tells us that every time someone new comes into the Kingdom all of heaven breaks out into a massive celebration- and a party like that is expensive! We want to lift so many people's lives through faith in Jesus that we bankrupt heaven.
Jesus didn't come to make us miserable, He came to lift our lives. It's our pleasure to follow Him because He's got joy to give that we can't find anywhere else. In Jesus alone is the fullest life possible found. We’re committed to follow Him because we get to, not because we have to.
From the athlete who trains night and day to win, to the parent who gives everything they have to their kids to see them grow, to the entrepreneur clocking 60 hour weeks to get their business off the ground- we were made to give it all. As it is with the natural so it is with the spiritual. We're about living lives that are visibly all-in for Jesus because that's where all the fun is.
